Campsite Reservations and Check-In Procedures

Weekend General Admission tickets include camping for a standard 30x30 ft plot. Tickets must be purchased for each occupant. You can secure your spot by roping off an area as early as Saturday, June 8. Please leave your name and phone number at your site. Camping begins June 11. Checkout is Monday, June 16 by 10:00 AM.

Campsite Dimensions and Occupancy Guidelines

Campsites measure 30x30 ft. All camping gear, including tents, must be contained within your assigned area. Occupancy is determined by space, safety, and comfort. Only one vehicle is permitted per registered campsite, including tent and RV sites. Motorhomes are allowed one towed vehicle.

Primitive Camping Experience

Our campsites are basic and do not include water or electricity hookups. Campers should bring portable water supplies and alternative power solutions.

Waste Management

Bring your own trash bags or bins and dispose of all waste in the provided dumpster.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are enforced from 11:30 PM to 6:00 AM to ensure a good experience for all campers.

Fire Policy

Due to safety concerns, fires are not allowed on the premises. This includes open flames and campfires.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome but must remain leashed at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and making sure they do not disrupt attendees or endanger local wildlife. No exotic pets of any kind.

Leave No Trace

Attendees are expected to follow Leave No Trace practices, keep campsites clean upon departure, and preserve the natural surroundings.

Alcohol and Controlled Substances

Alcohol consumption is permitted for those of legal age and must be done responsibly. Illegal substances are forbidden.

Glass Containers

No glass beverage containers of any kind are permitted. Drink containers must be paper, plastic, or aluminum for safety and to protect livestock after the event.

Cancellation Policy

Once booked, no refunds are issued for any reason.

Camping Check-Out Instructions

Campers must check out by 10:00 AM on June 16 with their site vacated and clean. Campers will be charged a minimum of $150 for trash left behind.

General Liability Release

By entering these premises, attendees assume all risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense connected with attending the event. Attendees release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless 3r Events LLC, its employees, agents, and representatives from such claims.

3r Events LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to camping tenants' property due to theft, loss, fire, vandalism, casualty, wild animals, or acts of God or Nature. Camping tenants assume all risks and must carry their own insurance for such losses.

Indemnification

Attendees indemnify and hold harmless 3r Events LLC, its officers, and employees from all claims, liability, and expenses arising from injury, loss of life, or property damage connected to tenant rights, except as may be caused by gross negligence or intentional acts of 3r Events LLC or its officers and employees.

Photo Release

By entering these premises, you authorize 3r Events LLC and its affiliates to copyright and publish photographs, motion pictures, voice recordings, and/or videotapes taken by them or their agents in which you may appear. Filming and photography may include still, video, and drone capture systems.

You agree that these items may be used for social media, exhibits, public displays, publications, commercial art, advertising, branding, or any other media now existing or developed in the future, without limitation, reservation, or fee.

Policy Compliance

Non-compliance with rules may result in immediate expulsion without a refund. Management may introduce further regulations as needed for safety and enjoyment. We reserve the right to deny admission to or remove any person without refund for violation of this document.
